Dr. Barbara Truszkowski obtained her extensive dental education over 40 years ago in Poland. She achieved her highest degree of education in conservative dentistry (Preventive Stomatology Specialization). Dr. Truszkowski worked as a clinical assistant professor and a teacher for dental students in Poland. She loves to educate every patient. She is a caring and gentle professional attending to all of her patients dental needs. After coming to the United States, Dr. Truszkowski proceeded to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Truszkowski continues to broaden her dental education in general dentistry, prosthodontics and esthetics dentistry by attending continued education courses at the Dawson Academy, with Dr. Christensen, Dr. Kois & Dr. Spear. She is also active in a number of professional organizations including American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society. In her free time she loves to be with family and with her two dogs Rumi and Simba.
